My Personal Training Background

I have been a professional personal trainer for five years. Prior to this I was established as a fitness instructor for three years in some of the most prestigous corporate and public sector gyms throughout London and South-east England. The clients I worked with helped me develop my own unique and effective training techniques which I now use to help you achieve the fitness goals you have set yourself. I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's). I regularly undertake further training and development courses to ensure you benefit from the most up-to-date and effective training techniques.
